Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Close and convenient to so much. Beautifully decorated lobby. Wonderful breakfast. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking in the area.

The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very clean and modern. My family and I (spouse and two young children) only stayed one night during a road trip, but we had a great experience and would stay here again.

This location really accommodated our family. We were there for a family funeral and they let all of us check in hours early and check out late. They even made sure our rooms were as close together as possible. Their empathy meant the world!!
As for standard offerings such as breakfast - WOW! What a spread! I have been traveling quite a bit this year and this location’s buffet was beyond any I’ve seen! But best of all was the lady who was replenishing the food. She went from table to table making sure everyone had what they needed. Our group stayed way after breakfast was done visiting with family. As she was cleaning up, she made sure we had everything we needed before she put it away. Refreshed coffee etc. Such a sweet lady and her service was greatly appreciated. Yes! All who were working Monday, September 8-9 need to be commended.

Clean and updated
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was large. Breakfast had many warm options. Updated and right off the highway. Would stay again

The property clean, good customer service. It feel safe for 1 traveler. Breakfast is good. Ur pretty to close dining , shopping n gasoline station. Walmart is close to the hotel u can see the signage. 2nd time to be here. My stop over place fr kentucky to North Carolina.
在我旅行前几周预订了一间大床房。抵达后降级为大床房（被告知大床房已经用完了），然后因为出差从周四住到周一.....房间根本没有打扫，没有垃圾也没有干净的毛巾（基本客房清洁）。我向前台投诉，他们向我保证会处理.....忙碌了一天后走进房间，发现满是垃圾，脏毛巾还堆积如山。立即与前台交谈，他们告诉我我的房间按计划第二天会打扫......哈哈，我希望如此，因为那是我退房的日子！降级和零服务，更不用说一晚的疏散，因为火警在晚上响了（没有火灾，只是错误）......零赔偿。不会再住在费尔菲尔德了。对于那些看评论的人来说，这里很适合过夜......当然......几天？再也不会了。
我们晚上 9 点左右到达，已确认预订。我们办理了入住手续，来到房间，发现房间一片狼藉。看起来好像还有人住在那里，房间和浴室都很脏，床也没有整理好等等。我们回到前台，被告知他们没有其他房间，也没有人打扫房间。我们不得不自己找另一家离我们一个多小时路程的酒店。我们已经开了 15 个小时的车，这不是结束一天的方式。糟糕的经历。
