For guests who prefer more space or additional furniture, we offer suite options that include a second table and seating area. The room layout is designed intentionally to maintain comfort and open space, as reflected in our website photos.As for the room décor, we’re sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your personal preferences. Each room is thoughtfully outfitted with locally inspired landscape photography and features a full-length mirror affixed to the back of the guest room door, in addition to a large, well-lit vanity mirror in the bathroom. We understand that style tastes vary, and while we aim to create a modern, calming space, we regret that this aspect of your stay didn’t resonate with you. If ever in doubt about room amenities, our team is always available to assist or provide clarification during your stay.Regarding the AC unit, guests have full control of the thermostat, and the temperature can be set below 68 degrees. The system is energy-efficient by design and will cycle on and off as needed to maintain your selected temperature. For those who prefer consistent white noise from a fan, our team is happy to provide guidance or offer alternatives—again, with prior notice or request.Our windows are sealed in compliance with modern hotel safety standards, and the comfort and well-being of our guests is always a top priority. We also follow Marriott’s comprehensive housekeeping protocols, which include laundering and inspecting pillows and bedding between every stay. This is a point of pride for our Housekeeping team and a standard they will continue to uphold.Most importantly, we were not made aware of any concerns during your time on property. We truly wish we had been given the opportunity to assist while you were here. We encourage all guests to speak with us during their stay so we can promptly address and resolve any issues.
