This is my second stay here in 2 months. The locations away from the buzz of downtown but still an easy drive to events. The neighborhood is safe, walkable and upscale. Nice restaurants and shops, as well as fast food and Walgreens. Perfect location and friendly staff.nicely decorated and comfortable.

This property was so nice. The beds were very comfy and the area is very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and it was very clean and modern. The only downside was we requested an early check in and ended up with a late check in due to being sold out the night before. We had an event so we needed to get ready. Staff gave us breakfast passes for the delay. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

I am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key. I had a 3 night stay and each day my key cards would stop working. Had to get a new key every day. Either they key cards are incredibly sensitive to cell phones or it was a bad bath of key cards.

It is in a very convenient area, close to many restaurants in walking distance. Clean and staff was very nice. They only had one bartender who was alternating from main level to upper level. Maid would remove soap in bathroom every day, which was unnecessary, but then forget to replace it with new soap. Wouldn't replace coffee, creamer, so I had to get dressed and go to lobby to get it.

Breakfast was expensive and the food was mediocre at best. When I explained that 3 of the people who were going to get breakfast did not eat at all the man at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders and basically told me that he didn’t care we had to pay for it anyway. Half of the time we had no hot water. Asked for extra bedding for the fold out sofa but never got any. Kids running around screaming through out the night. Roof top bar was right on top of one of the rooms we had and it was horribly loud. That room also had water damage and there was tons of drywall dust from where they tried to fix it. Would not ever stay here again.

I didn't like the interior decor of this property. It was colorless and overly cool: black, charcoal grey and grey are what I remember. Comfortable king size bed, yes, but sterile, cold, unwelcoming space, furniture and surfaces. I don't think there was even any art in the room. Bland.

The hotel had great and efficient service. We were in our room no more than 5 mins. after arriving. The hotel was also very clean and the bar had great service as well. We also need a late check out which they accommodated without an issue. Definitely would book again.
