This hotel was a welcome respite after a beautiful day at Smoky Mtn National Park. The staff welcomed us in, and our room was classy, well appointed, quiet and clean. Area restaurant choices were numerous.

Best hotel experience ever!
By far the best experience I've ever had at a hotel in my 43 years! This staff was incredibly wonderful. There were so kind so accommodating. I brought my sister there because we have family there but it was also her birthday. My sister is in a wheelchair and has cerebral palsy. She was turning 48. We knew about this hotel because of her best friend staying there due to renovations to her house. They have the pool with the chair lift that can lower disabled person into the pool which was amazing. The room was unbelievable. I have been to a lot of hotels with my sister that were quote unquote handicap accessible and they really weren't to the fullest. Normally if we get a handicap accessible room there's no space to move around however this room was beyond spacious and met every need that my sister needed. It over all was a 10 out of 10 and I never give tens out of 10s! Thank you so very much to Erica, lanell and Melissa. I think you all for your hospitality, your kindness, your warmth and going above and beyond! We will absolutely be back and there's no other place I will stay!

酒店房间很宽敞，很干净，定的房间有厨房，冰箱很大，有洗碗机，锅碗瓢盆和餐具都很齐全，早餐没什么选择，但味道还行
房间很干净。
房间很大，但不太干净，被子是脏的，地板也很脏，房间里还有一股难闻的气味。我可能不会再住这家酒店了。
房间及服务都很好！
如果打算去阿什维尔旅行的话，
这一间酒店是一间可取的酒店，
这间酒店和其他酒店一样，入住时间为三点，
但由于到步的时候，距离规定入住时间还有颇大距离，
但经历了二十四小时的飞行时间，真的是十分疲倦，
Check-in的时候，当前台服务员知道经历了长时间飞行，二话不说便立即替我们安排房间，
好让可以好好休息及梳洗，并提供附近游玩好去处，
绝对是喜出望外！
