The hotel still has its pleasant ‘new smell.’ We also appreciated the 24-7 access to tea, coffee and cocoa. Our only complaint is the size of the pool which obviously can’t be changed (just a head’s up for larger families).

Overall room was pretty good was here for a red rocks concert and absolutely loved the room. Breakfast could of had more options for hot food maybe like sausage or maybe like biscuits and gravy. Other than that the visit was really nice.
总经理Chantavia工作能力极差。凌晨5点，我的邻居遭遇家暴，我等了一个多小时都没在前台找到她，只好报警。她一脸震惊地看着我报警，然后拒绝退款，让我白白浪费了一夜的宝贵时间。这家酒店的墙壁薄如纸，连正常的对话都能听得一清二楚。强烈不推荐这家酒店及其管理团队。
前台经理太粗鲁了！我们离开后换了另一家酒店，因为我们简直被骚扰了，却没有人采取任何措施。前台“经理”的客户服务完全是零，真的需要换个工作了。如果可以的话，我真想给这家酒店打负星，就因为那个粗鲁、不体贴、无礼的人。
对于音乐会观众来说，这真是个很棒的住宿体验。
唯一不好的地方是，他们说我住了两晚，却没有打扫房间或更换毛巾。我第二天才发现，而不是在入住时。我觉得这很奇怪。我们要求更换毛巾，他们把毛巾擦得锃亮。
优点是，离红岩很近，干净舒适，很安静，每个人都很友好。早餐很棒，而且两天的早餐都不一样。
这次入住体验并不理想。酒店房间的刷卡机在我入住期间一直无法使用，每次我离开房间，都需要工作人员拿着他们的员工卡带我到门口才能开门。这种情况持续了很久。
前台/客服太糟糕了！！！墙壁薄如纸，房间里每面墙发出的声音都能听到。
