Fantastic hotel. Narender and the team are all incredibly helpful, they are able to help with all my queries and they remember my preferences. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are incredibly comfortable

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The hotel ambiance was pleasant, the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a family stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service was excellent. What made our stay even more special was the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Satvant Singh Dhariwal and Mr. Narendra. Both of them were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication and positive attitude really made a difference and ensured our family felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. Thank you to the entire Lemon Tree team for making our family trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

我选择市中心酒店的主要原因之一就是为了避开柠檬树高级1号酒店周围的喧闹和夜生活，因为那里被夜总会和迪斯科舞厅包围了。晚上那里非常吵闹，根本无法好好休息。此外，这两家酒店的房价和设施也不同；不幸的是，我被安排到了一个更便宜、质量更差的房间，而且没有任何补偿或选择权。
服务问题更是加剧了我的失望。早上淋浴只有冷水，这非常不方便。免费WiFi速度慢得根本没法用，而高级WiFi还要额外付费。更糟糕的是，我花了40分钟才联系上免费WiFi，因为我的房间号和姓氏在他们的系统里都识别不了。
最后，到了第二天晚上，我的房卡又坏了，我不得不再次跑到大堂去重置。这一连串的不便让我的住宿体验既令人沮丧又疲惫不堪。鉴于沟通不畅、噪音扰民、品质参差不齐以及服务糟糕，我不会推荐任何人在以后的商务旅行中选择柠檬树酒店。这次经历让我彻底放弃了这家连锁酒店。
