may look like luxury from online; however, all they care about is taking your money. Customer service is non-existent and they only do things to benefit their bottom line whilst not addressing the customer’s needs nor being flexible with any policies.

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly because of the poor service. Staff were unhelpful and often seemed uninterested when issues were raised. Requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed, and some were ignored altogether. Basic courtesy and professionalism were lacking, which made the stay stressful rather than relaxing. For the price paid, I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. Special thanks to Vandana for her courteous and helpful nature, and Mr. Anil Mehra (Chief Engineer) for his prompt assistance and professionalism. A truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 30 for our annual meet and stayed for two days. The stay, food, and overall experience were outstanding. They also have a very good breakfast spread. Special mention to the chef and Ms. Vandana at the restaurant for their exemplary customer care. A truly fantastic experience.

这不是丽笙酒店，他们也绝对不属于丽笙酒店。早餐质量是古尔冈所有酒店中最差的，早餐篮是空的，没有补充，没有饮用水，也没有黄油等调味品。在酒店的餐厅用餐简直是一场灾难。如果空调完全坏了，夜班工程人员不会理会你，他最不在乎。餐厅的服务员最不在乎你是绅士，他只会为女士服务。
