此行意大利，佛罗伦萨这个酒店是最最满意的，性价比高，服务好环境好，房间美又大；地段无敌好，对面就是LV和Cadier，步行6分钟到达圣母百花大教堂，步行15分钟到达乌菲兹美术馆。步行五分钟有佛罗伦萨最好吃的湘菜馆叫“巴师傅”。房间每天都会来打扫两次换毛巾，我们住了三晚，每天如此，每晚来铺夜床。如果说唯一美中不足的可能是早餐没有太符合我们的口味，但这个不重要早餐可以选择出门咖啡店吃。图中都是我拍的酒店照片，不得不提的是，房间的花都是鲜花…
这家酒店太棒了！我非常喜欢这个酒店品牌，尤其是佛罗伦萨店，简直是旗舰店。酒店非常干净漂亮。美中不足的是，热早餐的选择有点少。不过我一定会再来的。
这是我们在意大利住过最好的酒店，对细节的关注令人惊叹，包括房间设施（你会被浴缸的设计惊艳到）。礼宾部的Cosmo能帮你预订城里任何餐厅，还能让你在佛罗伦萨的The Mall购物村享受贵宾待遇。门童的热情服务也非常好，而且酒店位于市中心，所有热门景点都在步行距离之内。我们一定会再来的！
房间里有蟑螂，浴室排气扇根本不工作，我们第一天就告知了工作人员，但他们一直置之不理。早餐总是只有两种蔬菜，很单调，和价格相比性价比非常低。马桶也经常冲不干净。这简直是一个金玉其外败絮其中的酒店，就知道装潢得很豪华。
房间外边是个装修的工地，有一天晚上有很大噪音，早点一般，其他还可以。
定的套房，房间是洛可可风格 很漂亮，卫生也很好，地理位置绝佳，对面还有iginio massari 超级好吃的甜品店，来佛罗伦萨很多次这家酒店是最喜欢的，。
