property is approx 1 k.m. from bagha beach and 1.5 km from calangute beach. So location wise good. we stayed in wood cottage which was a great experience. price wise good. resort doesn't have restaurant but there are few good eating points around it so manageable. overall its value for your money. You can go for it.

Overall Good Stay, But there is no restaurant inside the resort, very proximate to Baga beach.. Swimming Pool is also good...

Face food availability because restaurant is not working in the property. Check in and check out is good

The stay was pleasant. The staff are very cooperative. Only problem is check in and check out timings. Check in is 2 pm. If someone is travelling from far he needs to wait till 2 pm for check in. Everything else is good.
