Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere with twin swimming pools and a very very friendly staff with well experience chef. we enjoyed this lovely 2 Nights stay with yummy and tasty meals we ever had in GOA.

Well I want to admit that the hospitality that Golden Tulip, Goa is offering since my personal experience of last three years is sincerely commendable and deserves big lauds of applause. Whether it is your advance reservation processes to your physical arrival and warmth provided by the staff in all affected domains of resort, the hotel has ticked all boxes in getting the recognition it deserves. The courteous staff at dinning to include Mr Manoj (Chef), Mr Mathew, Mr Himanshu, Mr Santu and Mr Sumit, they all are at your service throughout the period of your dining and working all out to make you feel the vacation which you must had planned quite long generally. Then recognition of the staff at Swimming pool also needs impetus and my special compliments to Mr Tapan who is ensuring that security and comfort go hand in hand to provide the conducive atmosphere to the guests. Housekeeping services though faced minor hiccups but that's perfectly fine because to handle such a large crowd of guests you need to be bit patient to get the requisite services at your doorstep. My special thanks to Mr Tushar (F&B) incharge and Mr Waseem at Reception to ensure immaculate services at each and every step of my 9 days stay at hotel. The valet staff needs special mention on account of their relentless and consistent efforts to ensure that the vehicle is available to the guests without much of a wait. They are ensuring with their courteous nature that guests while waiting should not feel left alone and pitched in as desired and depending on comfort zone of guests. The names though I have included doesn't mean others were not effective in discharging their duties. The memorable stay has happened alm because of each and every staff involved in their respective category to make our stay pleasentful and touched to bottom. My only suggestion to hotel is to make sure that you have sufficient staff at valet service because these individuals are your show window to generate first impressions about hotel. In case the numbers can be increased to handle the density which hotel is getting, I think the job will be done for a resort like Golden tulip to achieve result as 100% in the overall ambit of hospitality services. Kudos to each one of you guys of Golden Tulip Goa. P.S This is my personal experience and no biasness exist for only Golden Tulip Goa. Had I been staying in any other hotel with similar services, I would have given the very candid feedback for them too.

Excellent service Nice property with great ambiance, specially thanks to Miss. Raisa chakraborty she took great care of us, during the service time everything she guide us very nicely a lot of thanks to management to keep it such a good staff like she, we will definitely visit again only for her service

The room was good and the pool experience was relaxing and fresh,food was very delicious the hotel was very good. We plan on coming again.And special thanks to Anjali from c/in to c/out..

Very nice experience overall. Kids enjoyed the games and pool facility. Decent breakfast and nice dinner option. Overall the stay was comfortable. Courteous staff and very good experience overall
