Our room was very clean. The attendants were very polite and helpful. We stayed on the second floor and the noise from the street was a bit much, but outside their control. Very happy with the spacious room.

The staff was amazing! And if you go by the bar, there is a wonderful bartender there. This was just an all-around great experience. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. We will be staying there again next time we’re in Indianapolis.

Great overall experience and customer service. This hotel was very comfortable, clean, and it was a great location. The rooms were clean and just as expected. Staff were very attentive and friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!!

Very nice stay. Clean room and facility along with a courteous staff. The location was great we were able to walk to the convention center and stadiums along with great places to eat near by.

We always have a wonderful stay at Hotel Indy. We were warmly welcomed by a handwritten note from Kate, one of the hotel managers. She is delightful and a primary draw for our return visits. The room is always spotless, nicely appointed, spacious, and modern. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is huge! We also love the convenience of the rooftop bar and restaurant on the first floor. Thank you Hotel Indy staff and management, we will be back soon!

我们订了一间新年房间。我们当时要去哈尔曼酒店参加一个活动，之前听说这家酒店不错。下午6点15分左右入住时，我们闻到一股难闻的气味。我们打开暖气，希望气味能散去，然后就去了活动现场。新年活动玩得很开心，我们很早就回房间休息了，大约9点半。但气味越来越重。我们试图找出气味的来源，却一无所获。我和妻子甚至无法忍受，就收拾行李，大约10点到10点半退房。这个房间价格不菲，我们只住了4个小时，却只使用了大约60分钟。我们原本希望在市中心度过一个轻松的夜晚，然后在一个慵懒的早晨。退房时，我和前台工作人员聊了聊，他们看起来很忙，只是觉得我们之间短暂的沟通很不愉快。我们放下钥匙就离开了。这家酒店看起来不错，但仅凭体验，我无法想象会推荐这家酒店。
酒店本身很棒，但如果你以为能睡得安稳，那可就大错特错了！整晚街上都有摩托车来回飙车！
他们不提供停车位。我们入住当天，他们的代客泊车服务因为小马队的比赛而客满。酒店隔音效果不佳。大部分时间，房间里的街道噪音都很大。房间灯光很差，但浴室的灯光很好。
这家酒店的所有人都非常友好，乐于助人。
我们住在酒吧楼下一层。整晚都很吵。我们订的是城景房，可以看到酒店的垃圾箱。
工作人员很棒，房间太小了，你得侧身才能绕着床或走廊走
