公共泳池很漂亮，酒店门口的海滩很美，适合冲浪。推荐联通泳池房，可以独享一片泳池，很舒服。早餐的泰茶一定要点，很美味。
从曼谷飞苏梅岛的时候，行李被托运掉了，我的中文管家超级热情加贴心帮我顺利找回且帮我们延迟退房！真的超级喜欢管家妹妹的，房间的风景也很漂亮，整体很满意👍
这是连锁酒店里最好的一家了。地理位置非常方便，附近有很多吃饭和娱乐的地方。海水不浅，可以游泳。酒店最明显的优点是拥有宽阔的海岸线，酒店前的沙滩上没有人躺着晒太阳。早餐很棒。房间是那种带厨房的工作室公寓。景色美得像马尔代夫一样。下次我一定会带着孩子再来的。离机场只有8分钟的路程。如果可能的话，非常值得来体验一下。我沿着查汶海滩走了一圈，经过了所有的酒店，发现没有一家能比得上这家。
酒店环境地理位置非常好，大气又优雅，沙滩🏖细腻耳绵密👏👏👏酒店服务态度细致入微温暖人心💕看得出好多西方老人是这里的长客，真的有宾至如归的感觉。尤其表扬一下酒店宾客关系经理Michelle对我们的热情接待和帮助，她非常职业和周到，事后又来反馈，让我们心里暖暖的。总而言之我非常喜欢这里 还会再来💕💕💕
十一来苏梅岛亲子游，意外的人不多，慢慢的过每一天，小朋友全程泡泳池挖沙，大人水池边躺着喝喝饮料看看海游游泳。酒店早餐很丰富，面包脑袋的小朋友很满足。酒店前台Michelle 服务很好👍
首先check in的时候很热情，房间还升级成带泳池的池畔房（虽然池畔房蚊子超多，但是还好有蚊香液），酒店整体非常大气美观，欧式特征，离海边非常近，而且海滩沙子柔软，景色绝美，酒店内绿植丰富，下次绝对还来
本来抱有很大期望来住盛泰澜，结果入住发现真的很一般，一进门桌子上就看到很
大块的污渍，不知道什么饼干渣还是什么凝固在上面，而且入住时也没有介绍下载app，都完全不知道有任何活动可参加。但必须说宾客经理和总经理都是国人，非常热情，有问题非常及时的反馈，积极解决，感谢。也要感谢为我们纪念日准备了小蛋糕和气球，景色也非常棒，这块沙滩确实是非常细腻干净的了，躺在沙滩上晒太阳太舒服了。
哦对，为什么印象深刻呢，因为早饭时我把污渍照片反馈给酒店经理，中午回来后，打扫人员正要打扫，还拿着手机问我污渍在哪，无语了
这是一家很棒的酒店，有着漂亮的园区和绝佳的海滩。餐厅的菜品美味，摆盘也很精致。服务也无可挑剔。早餐种类丰富。
酒店环境很棒，服务一流，员工也很热心！一切都很好，不过有个小插曲：我在预订酒店的时候，在备注里写了是来过生日的，本以为他们会给我个惊喜，结果并没有，有点小失望🤷♀️！
带父母出行, 有中文管家方便很多，房间也给安排了相邻房间，期间照顾父母很方便，Michelle经理全程都非常负责，积极响应各种需要，后面因为要换其他酒店也主动帮忙延迟到下午退房。查汶海滩这一片可以闭眼订盛泰兰，国人友好。
