Overall very nice place. Great breakfast, beautiful lake view from the room, and convenient location to go to Pictured Rocks National Park or Marquette.

Bedding concerns
Sheets, pillow cases and beddding was stained. Front desk was great and apologized and brought new ones but those too were stained but at least we knew they were clean. They did give a rate reduction for our troubles.

Very easy to find, the parking lot is big and spacious. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well kept (highly recommend rooms with the lake view). Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. The location is close to town and close to a lot of trails to hike. Highly recommend!

The staff is not helpful at all. They put us in a room next to the kitchen. And there were noise come out of the kitchen and lobby after 9pm. Very noisy and the staff does not allow us to change the room even though they still have 3 other type of room. Very arrogant and biased. The experience is terrible. I would not go to or suggest anyone goes to this property.

Breakfast did not taste good. Eggs didn’t taste like real eggs and no other good protein options.

We were pleasantly surprised at our 3 night stay. I wish there was a comfortable chair in the room. We were in a handicap room with 2 queen beds. The room was nice and warm.

酒店服务应该还算可以，由于本人spoken English太差，没有太多交流，不好评价；酒店地理位置对于自驾游客而言是挺好的，邻近湖边，离画岩国家湖滨区各大景区入口都只需几分钟，相当方便；酒店设施齐全。
