There was no hand soap in the bathroom.
No towel racks for any towels.
The carpet wasn’t vacuumed
I got food poisoning from the eggs or sausage at breakfast
The bed was comfortable

The pool was closed, none of the ice machines worked, the juice dispenser did not work at the breakfast area as well. The water that they offered in the lobby would not dispense. It was a clean, nice room but all of the amenities of the hotel were either broken our out of service.

I booked the hotel to go see Jason Aldean it was the best experience I ever had the best concert as well conveniently located I will definitely be returning thank you very much

Conveniently within walking distance to the Pine Knob concert venue. Very friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms.

Everything was good with the hotel. But the thing that really stood out was the manager. She was super nice and pleasant.

The property overall was clean and new-ish. The door seal on the bottom of the shower door was hanging off about 6”. The pool was “out of order” for our stay, which is frustrating when you choose a hotel based on whether there is a pool or not, and then you can’t swim. The PM and Overnight desk people were very friendly and personable. The day shift desk person was hunched over and staring at her phone every time I walked through the lobby. Being pet friendly was a definite plus for us.

Great space. Slept well. The staff was super friendly. Close to pine knob which was awesome
