Great location in downtown colorado springs, several retail and restaurants are within walking distance! Valet is optional but a great addition to the property however street parking was cheap and easy!

The lights did not work in the room, the outlets didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and when I called the front desk they asked if it really mattered and didn’t even offer to switch rooms.

The hotel would not let me into my hotel room even though my room was FULLY PREPAID and I offered them a cash deposit of $400 against any incidentals over 2 days stay. Desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. My son and I had just come into town after a 12 hour drive and it was midnight. We were left stranded in the middle of the night with no place to stay in a city we didn't know.

Night desk staff was rude and short. Ordered food and French fries were frozen after was told fryer was down and had to bake them. No refund offered. Room was clean, excellent housekeeping! Bed was old and when sat it laid on it deflated to the bed rails. Not Hyatt expectations. But everyone has an off day!

Great Downtown Location
This is a modern hotel in a great location downtown. We had a wonderful view of the city. My only complaint was that the bed was super soft. Not my preference. We only stayed one night. Didn’t use much of the hotel other than the room. I would stay here again.

The Hotel can hardly be found, the Name is ON TOP OF THE BUILDING, at street level the sign is 8 by 4 inches, and the groundfloor of the building haa an company announcing that the building is closed.
The reception of the hotel is on the third floor of th building
and can only be reached thru a garage
RIDICULOUS situation, especially if you arrive after a 9 hour trip in tge evening at 8:00 o‘clock NOT FUNNY
非常舒适！还有hotbath很舒服，早餐也很好
前台工作人员非常乐于助人。餐厅里有微波炉，所以我用了它。早餐是美式早餐，有面包、香肠或培根、鸡蛋菜、土豆等。
很公平
房间好像两天才打扫一次。有证据表明第二天就来了清洁，但是清洁不认真，只收集了一半的垃圾，只清洁了配件而没有更换密封件，并且没有清洁水域（仍然堵塞） ）。
设施本身相当宽敞，气氛干净。菜单看起来不太一样，但在大堂楼层提供，很方便。
前台工作人员的反应因人而异，可能会做出适当的反应。苦笑
