The hotel was fine other than the fact that I paid for a king bed and got 2 queen beds and they couldn’t do anything about it. Not sure what happened with the reservation. Is that on ******* or the hotel???

Room was nice. Very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was ok. The only real negative thing was we were double charged for one of our 2 rooms. I had noticed it when we got home. I called right away and was told that they would have the owner look into it and get back to me and get it cleared up. I have not been refunded nor heard back from them. I have called 3 times.

Property was adequate for the one night we stayed there. It appears on weekends, there is no maintenance person available. The pod container for the in room coffee maker was missing and the front desk attendee said he could not help but there was coffee in the break room available. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty so we could not take a decent shower.

Nice staff but could use some extra help.
The staff was very nice and trying to do the best they could. They were unfortunately short staffed and trying to more then they should be doing.
After get in the room we noticed that half of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs or the bulbs didn't work. We did go to the front desk to see if we could a couple new bulbs, but there were no extra light bulbs available.
The staff that was there did a nice job. They just needed some more support to be available to do their job properly.

Reuested extra pillows they were able to spare one, our room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The bed was comfortable, the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. Breakfast was not good at all unless you like waffles. There was no salt or pepper to.be found anywhere, food wasnt very hot and biscuits and gravy were tasteless.
I needed the speak to front desk, the hostbwas on his phine in the breakfast area for 5 kinutes before noticing me. No that friendly whatsoever

Cute town just down the road. Very pleased with the breakfast, many options to choose from.

It was a bit of a challenge getting to the hotel. The grounds looked a bit unkept, with quite a few weeds clumps of vegetation growing out of the pavement
