My room was not cleaned or refreshed during my two (2) night stay. The hotel is showing signs of wear and age. The location is great.

As posted as the front desk, due to the high amount of room turnovers on the weeks for our housekeeping staff, refresh's are by request only. Could not ask for a better location and the property was immaculate. However, our heater was not functioning during our first night and the staff answer was, "the best that we can do is offer you an extra blanket". Needless to say, we were not happy with that answer. We were out most of the next day and the unit was working when we returned. Also, we had requested a King suite but were placed in a handicap accessible room. When I question the staff about the accommodation, I was informed that it was no longer considered a handicap room but rather a regular room. What was illustrated on the site and what we received was entirely different. I believe this was my last stay at La Quinta properties.

Late night check in after a long drive. Front desk employee was so friendly, even with my tired and nearly cranky self. She had a customer service mindset and hopefully gets recognized for her job well done.

Loved it!
Lobby was beautiful, well lit, smelled clean and the staff was very welcoming. The room was updated and spacious, quiet, cold and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Buckees was within walking distance and the area seemed safe. Checkout was easy. We would stay there again.
