The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of Bend’s beautiful surroundings made the experience even more memorable.
The hotel’s facilities were top-tier—from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing common areas. Every part of the hotel felt clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The location was also ideal, giving me quick access to great dining, shopping, and outdoor activities.

我们在这里住了一晚，非常愉快。从房间望出去，热气球和群山的景色美极了。泳池很适合全家一起玩。唯一不满意的是，沙发床不太舒服，孩子们睡得不太舒服，而且早餐也很糟糕。预冻的香肠和鸡蛋饼像橡胶一样硬，而且刚从保温箱里拿出来就凉了。空间实在太狭窄，根本无法提供全套早餐。厨师已经尽力了，用尽了所有力气。
由于公寓的管道出现问题，我们不得不住在这里。工作人员对我的处境毫无同情心。我们住在这里是为了游泳池，甚至在工作人员为我们办理入住手续时都说我们很兴奋。我付款后，他们等了一会儿，然后告诉我们游泳池已经关闭，我们无法退款。
我一家四口预订了两张大床，结果到房间的时候，只有一张床。我去了前台，被告知已经满了，所以无法换床。
