There was no one at the front to help us checking in or out, took a while for them to come up. There was no hot water, the covers were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was broken, I could go on. I wasn’t expecting lavish but come on now….

Drove around this HORRIBLE neighborhood for 15 minutes and couldn’t even find the place. I was not made aware of the very clearly dangerous area that apparently surrounds this hotel (since I couldn’t even find it). Would not refund my money, then tried calling me 3 times at 1:45 AM, yes AM to see if I was still coming?! WHAT?!

It was horrible. Dirty towels, no chair and dirty shower curtains. It was horrid. Never go there. Looks like it needs to be condemned.

A terrible hotel with lots of sanitary issues. Wait for a long time to get the shower water warm. The towels are small, dirty, and hard. I would use this kind of towel to mop floors. No room service. Never stay here again.

No ice had to go to store ,I had a difficult time finding the hotel,but other than those few things I enjoyed my stay

The desk clerk was RUDE! DO NOT STAY HERE even if you have to sleep in your car. This hotel chain is the hotel version of the phone call and email SCAMS you avoid. I was ripped off for $200 when they wouldn’t answer the phone to provide directions and put me in the system as a no show. Then I wasn’t allowed to checkin! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend… not even to a homeless person!
