房间隔音效果太差了。隔壁房间的邻居一直把音乐放得震天响,还唱歌到深夜。第一次打电话给前台,没有任何处理。15分钟后我生气地打了第二次电话,才有人过来处理,噪音才有所降低。退房时,前台试图请经理来道歉,但经理却反问我房间付了多少钱,并拒绝出面,让前台去回应投诉。经理这种行为真是可悲又冷漠。
我来自泰国,在新孟买马哈拉施特拉邦的CBD Belapur预订了The Park酒店,但因以下原因我非常不满意:
这家酒店只想着赚钱,而不是服务顾客。
我点了一瓶Evocus水,标价150卢比,但他们却只给我灌了普通水然后包装起来。这种从外国游客身上赚钱的方式真是太低劣了。
我已经向酒店经理投诉过,但没有任何处理。
酒店的市场部前台人员今天也不帮我重新预订房间,反而要求加价,这让我对酒店的忠诚度非常失望,印象很差。酒店只想赚钱,根本不顾顾客感受。我本来计划下次和家人来这里住15天,但现在绝不会再住这家酒店了,也会建议泰国的朋友们不要预订这家酒店,因为他们根本不尊重顾客的忠诚度和承诺。
