Room was dirty, my husband woke up after the 1st night covered with some sort of bug bites. Lock was broken on the entrance door and we could not change rooms even though it appeared to be at least 90% empty! Bed might as well have been a piece of plywood! Agreed to refund 2 nights and then continued to not answer the phone for ******* so that it could be initiated! ******* did push the refund since they had already agreed in a previous conversation but thought they would be sneaky and tell them that I had to check out first and THEN ******* could call to initiate the refund and they would answer the phone for 3 DAYS!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Not wanting to totally trash the hotel. The lobby of the hotel was very nice. The first room that we were given was not the room we paid for, so we had to move. The room that we got I really liked. It. Had a separate bedroom made it very nice. The room was very clean which I give a lot of credit for. The problem started with no internet. I had trouble picking up the hotel signal all together and then when I picked it up it was too weak. The TV was basically non-existent and we had two TVs. Out of 30 channels only three worked. None of the pictures were clear. So we had no TV. When I pay for internet and a TV I expect to have it. The bed was comfortable. The remote control in the bedroom had no back to it. The lighting was absolutely horrible. In the main room there was one light by the front window and that was it. It was a big room. The sofa the cushions were sagging into the sofa. So it was not comfortable to sit on. The room. Setup was very nice as far as tables and chairs. Next time I'm in Sebring I will stay somewhere else. If it was the last choice I would stay there again.

The picture of the hotel isn't really the hotel. The only active space in the building shown in the photo is the check-in and breakfast area. The rest of the building is just closed up spaces used for storage. The actual hotel is behind the building in the photo. It is a two story (no elevator) old and rundown structure with each room exiting to the outside. However, If you just want an OK bed this will do. It is rundown, but clean enough with good hot water and seems to be safe. Breakfast is very basic with coffee/tea, white bread, eggs, and sausage, a waffle maker, and fruit loops. The eating area itself is actually nice. I didn't go near the pool.

Out dated, worn, musty mildew smell, sketchy place, not a place for a single woman. Linens and towels were old and thin. Bed was squeaky and worn. Place was horrible! Never again!
