The room has bugs (roaches). The bed side table was not nailed all the way in the wall and almost fell on my daughter. Sheet has a stain on it.

Stayed 2 nights then woke up to check out and discovered I had 14 bed bugs bites all over my arms and back have pictures and videos to prove it spoke to people at the front desk and they had nothing to offer or tell me.

During the inspection, no signs of bed bugs or other pests were found. Our property also follows a routine pest-control program, and a licensed, third-party service treats and inspects our hotel on a monthly basis. We have not received any prior reports or documented findings of bed bugs in this room—or in any other rooms—during these professional inspections.We also did not receive a report from you during your stay. Had we been notified at that time, we would have taken immediate action, including relocating you to another room, conducting an additional third-party inspection, and assisting you with any concerns right away.Based on our inspection results and our ongoing pest-control documentation, we were unable to verify the presence of bed bugs in the room. Since the full stay was completed, all services were utilized, and no evidence of pests was found during or after inspection, we are unable to issue a refund.That said, we remain fully committed to cooperating with Expedia’s Customer Care team should they require any additional information as part of their review.Thank you again for sharing your concerns with us.

There was a very limited breakfast menu. There were no meat or eggs.
There was no service in the room for towels or sheets.
The parking was free but there were no charge ports for EV's.

The hotel had been renovated recently and the rooms and bedding were new, clean and tidy. The staff was always staying on top of the cleaning in dining areas etc. Convenient location also.
