Washrooms are in very bad condition No AC working in dining area and reception Their was no ice available for cold coffee Their are flies and mosquitoes all over the hotel In buffet breakfast their were flies on cut fruits bakery items and very unhygienic food and kitchen area We got sick after breakfast Pls never visit this hotel ever

We stayed at Fortune miramar, goa for the 4 nights 5 days...A very people friendly staff and soo many variety food in breakfast as well... Miss. It is very bad hotel..just dont book any room. Hotel staff is helpless, careless and idot . Total waste of money . I booked through Agoda and makemytrip two times stay but it is very pathetic and total waste of money . I am attaching a photo of bed sheet...it is self explanatory. They didn't change even after repeated reminder ...water leackage from roof ..see photograph

Terrible stay at country inn Panjim. Booked two room for a night stay. Firstly shame on Make My Trip to promote such a dingy property. Not at all a hotel it looks like a charitable Inn of a town. Difficult where to start admonishing this hell of a hotel. Dirty Linen, non functional refrigerator, dim lit rooms are just a few things. I can keep writing about horrible experience at this hotel. But then why waste time. Avoidable and deplorable. Photographs are too deceptive don’t believe them. Regretful stay.

The hotel is very dirty. Communal area carpets have a bad stench. We were in room 305 the bathroom was disgusting with a dirty shower curtain and mould everywhere. Tiles obviously never been cleaned. Ventured to the rooftop pool. There were 3 sun beds rubbish around them. The pool is small and dirty. Gym was a joke. Breakfast wasn’t good either. Bar closed early offered room service but wrong drinks arrived. It’s supposed to be 4 stair. Avoid.

My recent stay at the hotel was marred by severe hygiene and cleanliness issues.The bed sheets appeared unwashed, stained, and overall unhygienic, raising serious concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest well-being.I strongly advise potential visitors to reconsider.

I have stayed in this hotel during 29th October 2023 to 03rd November 2023. There were two separate rooms booked for me and my colleague. When we checked-in the hotel in the evening of 29th October we found the hotel rooms with very poor housekeeping. One of room provided by them was with big pillar (building construction beam) at center of room and it was not safe and convenient to move within room. Hence, they transferred me to another room, which was found with many cockroaches. At the same time, for colleague they allotted the non-smoking room however was with full smell of smoke and he cannot stay in the same room unless the issue was resolved. It require multiple follow-ups with hotel management for housekeeping and finally we both went to reception (this also several time) to get things done. Hence, we ask hotel to check-out, however hotel mentioned that they will deduct the one night charges for the room which was not adequately maintained. Hence, at last we were helpless as we need to prepare for important office work and we decided to continue in the same hotel. They shifted me to other room which was also poorly maintained, however was little better than earlier room, wherein I consumed my whole bottle of sanitizer to clean the working table, wash basin area and toilet as there housekeeping was not and late responsive. For my colleague, they clean the room followed by air freshening however the problem was not completely solved. Overall, the hotel rooms was unhygienic including toilet, bathroom and working table for both the rooms. Hotel management and housekeeping was very unprofessional and not supportive. There restaurant was also with free roaming ground for cockroaches which we shown to hotel management and restaurant manager and they was speechless. Hence, we never dine in the hotel restaurant and we need to search nearby restaurant for dinner during our stay. Further, for morning breakfast the restaurant time was 07:30 however there was no food items ready till 07:50 and daily we need to push the hotel staff for this service on time. We don’t recommend this hotel.

This is a terrible hotel with terrible service the food is terrible and very expensive and the room service is horrible no one came for room cleaning for 2 days even after asking twice for the same the rooms are too small in size washrooms are too small my experience with this hotel is terrible I would advise no one should visit this hotel it has naam bade but darshaan very very chote.

Shoddy room, stained towels, bad bed linen and duvet, used stained pillow cover, untidy bathroom, fungal stains and stench everywhere. Broken tiles, soild and worn out mirrors. Broken floor tiles..... can't type more the horrific experience of day one of vacation at Goa. Never would trust the Radisson brand ever again.
