Everything about our stay was amazing apart from the walk from the elevator to the room. The entire floor we stayed on (4th) reeked of both cigarettes and ****. Every trip to and from the elevator was like walking through a smokers lounge.

Great breakfast, I really like the hotel and staff. Going thru a third party booking (*******) is a dead end scam. Always do business directly with the hotel if you can.

Unprofessional
We’ve stayed here about 6 times. It is our go-to for stay-cation. But this time was terrible. Check-in is at 3. We showed up at 3:15 and room wasn’t ready. He took our number and said he’d call when it was. We took our tired crying kids somewhere to try and kill time. Waited an hour and hadn’t heard anything. I called them myself and they said “oh ya! Your room is ready!” They never called like they said they would. The tv in our children’s room wasn’t working. Called the front desk and they said it must not be programmed and there’s nothing they can do about it but that they’ll look into it and call us back. But of course they never called. Unprofessional and rude.
