The carpet,couch, and curtains all had stains on them... the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling apart. The shower curtain had tears at the top and looked like the wall was cracked at the one of the shower curtain rod. Breakfast was mediocre, dont know ill stay there again

The breakfast was great!!! But the construction was just hard to ignore. The smell was very strong, and I was given no warning of the construction when I made my reservation.

I reserved a 4 day stay to attend Boney James in concert Friday. The location was ideal for everything we want to do to explore the city after the concert. The room was clean, smelled lovely, staff was friendly and breakfast was top tier! Even though, my guest and I enjoyed our stay; unfortunately, I have to take one star away. Our room wasn’t serviced during our entire stay. Housekeeping never showed up until the day of my check-out in fact, they showed up as I was leaving. My room should be maintained as such as when I arrived at checked-in. I’m a reasonable man this was unacceptable. In spite of this setback, I still recommend Hyatt Place.

Room was nice but the staff was as friendly as they could have been. The pull out sofa bed and the sofa otself were very uncomfortable.
位置很好，离沃尔玛很近，非常方便！早餐也很棒！
酒店有年头了，显得比较老旧，房间空间倒是很大；连通房，记得把隔门的锁上好；早餐还可以，当地酒店平均水准；位置好，附近有超市商场电影院，吃饭的地方也多。泳池很小，游不开，夏天泡泡水可以。
凯悦嘉轩风格都很像，因为我们去年住得最长的酒店是这个品牌，房间、大厅、早餐都是一样的熟悉。可惜的是电梯坏了，上下楼非常不方便。
房间有股霉味房，但服务人员很亲切
不错的选择
对于这个价格我可以放心地休息了。房间也很宽敞。特别是早餐，品种虽然不是很多，但是该有的都有，而且非常好吃。工作人员也很友好。
