房间装修精美，床也很舒服！我的背有点问题，所以睡在优质的床垫上绝对是一大优点！唯一的问题是街上的噪音很大。而且我们住在二楼，就在人们上下车的地方，所以那里很吵。健身房离我们房间很近，清晨我们能听到慢跑者脚步沉重的声音。
我们升级了带阳台的房间，还包含早餐。入住时，他们给了我们房间。我们走进房间，很快就发现，哇，房间小了这么多，而且没有阳台！
我们下楼到大堂询问此事，但他们非常不乐意。一开始他们说我们没有支付升级费用，然后当我们在应用程序上出示（应用程序上明确显示带阳台的特大床套房，含免费早餐）时，他们说*******取消了升级，但他们什么也没做。
最后他们给我们安排了一个更大的房间（与我们预订的房间大小相同或更小），而且没有免费早餐。
他们非常不乐意，一直试图让事情看起来像是我们出了问题，或者*******是问题所在
怀利酒店 (Wylie Hotel) 是一颗隐藏的小宝石。工作人员非常棒。这里满足了我们很多愿望：靠近环城线 (Belt Line)，舒适的酒吧可以喝睡前酒，还有美味的早餐。
我们第一晚在酒吧/餐厅吃的晚餐糟糕透了，这为接下来的住宿奠定了基调。食物价格过高，而且难吃（你想来点牛排配肥肉吗？），饮料也不好喝。房间里很多东西都坏了（比如灯罩、遥控器）或者无法使用，而且由于到处都是可以购买的杂物，放行李的空间非常有限。“床”和寝具也非常不舒服，睡眠质量很差。酒店住宿本来打算成为旅行中愉快的一部分，但实在太不舒服了，我们早早就回家了。
又一次很棒的住宿！
再次入住怀利酒店真是太好了。这次我们订的是带阳台的房间，果然没有让我们失望。这里的人都很棒，氛围也很好，我们期待很快再次与大家见面！
