The overall stay was good. I would have liked to have some juice drinks available with the breakfast. Also, they allowed a large truck to park in an area where it made it difficult to use the other parking spots.

Property is bleak or blan. No money spent on decoration or plants inside or at main entrance.

Gift shop needs to be stocked as there was almost zero food or snack items and NO gifts.

I have stayed a few places in Clovis NM, but this was by far the best to date, clean, quiet and staff was courteous, pleasant and helpful- front desk staff were not very visible and really didn't go out of their way to greet you unless you were checking in, but the rest of the staff-kitchen and cleaning were always pleasant and spoke very nice, otherwise would have gave all 5 stars. They had a water leak and it is obvious this is an older Hotel but still clean - I would definitely recommend staying here

I was in Room 428 door was in such a bad shape that I did show my sister I was able to open it with the ‘not disturb “ sign. I reported it to the person in the lobby and answer was “ O yes, we have some others like that!……Seriously? I will never go back with that sense of insecurity!

The staff was great. Alexis was very helpful. I didn't like that you now have to put a list if peoples names that come to visit you or stays in the room with you when you check in.

Reservation for handicap accommodations and was not handicao accessible! Manager then recommended making another reservation for an extra room with 1 king bed to accommodate us! Not paying for two rooms when my reservations clearly stated our needs! Pool usage another issue?? Never again.
