Good hotel and very comfortable accommodation, very near Trinity metro station. The staff were very polite and pleasant, especially Mr. Nityam. The food service was also good compared to other nearby hotels. I stayed for four days, and the room service cleaned my room and provided fresh amenities every day.

Worst Hotel Experience – Not Worth Even ₹500! Just checked in after paying ₹5200, and the condition is pathetic. The bed and cot are of extremely poor quality, the TV is stuffed inside a cupboard, and the mini fridge is a damaged scrap piece. The room was not even cleaned properly — it smells terrible and looks very old and poorly maintained. There’s a cheap ₹800 fan in the false ceiling, and none of the lights there are working. It feels more like a lodge than a hotel. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money at all. Rating: ZERO or even negative if possible.

The staff at the location, starting from the reception to restaurant are really professionals with their services and behaviour. Even the rooms are well maintained clean and hygienic

First of all there was no welcome drink provided on arrival. One room was stinking and ACs were not chilling. The staffs could not help in this matter and we were left with no other choice other than staying in the same rooms for a night. This was not enough of torture we had no hot water in tap in morning. they provided hot water buckets instead
In all we had a worst stay in Justa MG Road.
Would not recommend this Hotel at all. Please avoid staying here people.

People very courteous. they understand the meaning of providing customer delight. rooms and washrooms well maintained and clean. all services done within minutes of call. we will like to come back here again n again. proximity to trinity metro, mg road.
