This is very nice and friendly small B and B. It is in a great location, a five minute walk to the Metro and easy walking distance to the Vatican Museums. This is a very secure building, with locked doors. The hostess was very accomading and gave recommendationss for meals nearby ("where Italians go, not tourists.") and Metro directions for us. Breakfast was good if not exciting--a few too many sweets for us but with cheese and other items it was fine. Note that while there is a small elevator, accesible beyond a locked lobby door (you need to be buzzed in the first time,) there are about five steps up from the entry to the level where the elevator starts. The room and bed were quite comfortable. A good location for exploring Rome.

This is the 4th time my wife and I have stayed there. The place is clean, quiet and well decorated. Specially the public transportation services services is very nice..! Accessible to all Rome sites. As per my experience, they have smart guides…👍 Excellent value for money.
