We stayed at this property for one night and found that the actual condition did not match the description or photographs shown online. The room had persistent dampness, a musty odor, and visible water-seepage marks on the walls and ceiling. The bed mattress also smelled of dampness. On requesting a room change, we were shifted, however the same issues were present in the new room. There was no effective sound insulation. Noise from the adjacent room, road traffic, and loud music from a neighboring property continued late into the night. When this was raised with the hotel staff, we were informed that no action could be taken as the noise originated from another property. After returning from the evening safari, hot water was unavailable. We were informed by staff that hot water is available only after 8:00 AM due to the solar heating system, which was inconvenient given the winter conditions. The room heater was initially not working and was replaced only after multiple follow-ups. Despite traveling with children, extra double blankets were not provided, with staff stating that a heater had been supplied. Regarding cleanliness, the bedsheets had visible stains and hair and were changed only after repeated requests. Additionally, no staff attended the room for approximately two hours, requiring us to visit the reception in person to resolve basic issues. Food quality was average, with limited variety, and did not appear proportionate to the room tariff charged. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations based on the listing. The combination of maintenance issues, noise, limited hot-water availability, delayed service response, and pricing significantly impacted our experience. Travelers should wish to consider alternative properties near by.

Everything was excellent , breakfast was good. I will stay again if get chance. Location is excellent, exactly on the road entrance. And staff is polite and customer friendly . I found every aspect in this resort is good . Rooms are bigger and airy

It was an amazing journey to Jim Corbett. We stayed at Hotel Le Roi Corbett, the staff was excellent and very disciplined, the food quality was supreme, there were lots of delicious dishes. The hotel had all the facilities including swimming pool, games such as table tennis, carrom etc. it was a very memorable experience that I will cherish for a long time.

Good property, the facilities are good, service is nice. I had butter chicken from the restaurant which was undercooked and a bit raw which is a negative. The bathroom looks old, though everything works could be renovated. They can renovate their bathrooms and rooms where ever there is need for painting etc. Otherwise overall a very good property enjoyed my stay.

We recently stayed at Le ROI Corbett with family and friends and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The resort is an old building, poorly maintained, and it shows. The rooms were a bit smelly and dusty, and hygiene standards were definitely lacking. Hot water was only available for one hour in the morning, and we faced water leakage issues in the bathroom. One of our rooms even had a lizard! The common bathrooms in the lobby were in terrible condition as well. While the staff was supportive and tried to help, most of these issues were beyond their control. The resort needs serious attention to improve its facilities.

Hotel is very old and not cleaned. Rooms are smelly and seepage in walls, Bathroom was pathetic with stains in bathtubs and taps of bath basin is faulty with water spillaged to outside of bathbasin, extremely poor service, Swimming pool was dirty ( Adult as well as kids pool) , no bathroom essentials kept in the room, room charges are exorbitant and not justifying the services. A very bad experience with family.

No doubt Le Roi is a brand..Have visited Le Roi branch in Haridwar ..that was upto the mark. But I would give 2.5 rating for Jim Corbett Branch.. it lacks in basic facilities..such as taps and flush is not working, unclean water of swimming pool, poor lock system, etc. Need to improve 👍🏻👍🏻~

This propert is a scam dont stay here.. staff are thiefs, stealing stuff. we forgot our stuff and now staff is denying straight forward, DONT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY, staff are thieves, they will steal your stuff and deny after that.. all staff are thief
