The housekeeping was poor and left much to be desired. Rooms could be cleaner. Hot water was not working. Room heaters were not working. Property needs better management

Very great experience in voco we organize 56 Rooms group in voco. Is really amazing staff was to hospitable and cooperative food and services are good. Really appreciate to the all team of VOCO. Specialy mentioned Mr Girish , Avik , Faisal chef losel Saloni Pallavi aneeta Priyanka nipen pryav Mr vipen on housekeeping . Thanks all the staff thnks voco for such great experience

We had a event there in the Hotel organized by Barcos . Such a amazing hotel for visit with family friends & Group. Food was tooo tasty and yummy services are good. Staff was too cooperative and helpful in everything. thanks All the department front office, f &b , housekeeping & maintenance for make our trip memorable

The property is newly renovated and therefore good. But not as good as the images posted online...so keep your expectations down if at all you go there... my recommendation will be to skip this one... the staff and service is below average.. the management would try their level best to say no to whatever you ask for... also their are a hell lot of monkeys and they do get aggresive as well. during our stay a poor couple had a harrowing experience as a group of 30-40 monkeys surrounded them and their poor terrified little kid.. hotel staff ofcourse conveniently did not turn up despite shouting and yelling... so pl go at your own risk. also dont expect to get anything to eat if you skip the usual lunch time.. kitchen opens only part time despite being a 4 star property.. so all in all you can skip this one...given the prices they charge there are way better options available...
