IT is a very calm place to stay. well contained, Nice swimming pool for kids and families, decent rooms with good views of mountains, restaurant is good . This is not a 7 star property. Easy on you wallet

We had a very beautifull and wonderful time . The restuarant service and food was excellent . Very courteous staff. We are very happy with Reshma who attended to us personally .We would surely come for future visits.And share with friends

Sterling Yelagiri Room no 1407 and 1408 I am delighted with the customer service provided by your staff member, Reshma, during our stay at your resort from July 4, 2025 to July 6, 2025. She was consistently prompt in delivering food, always with a warm and welcoming smile. I truly believe she is an asset to your resort. If you can get to read this review, it will be an eye opener for not selecting this resort. Do not go by pictures and false marketing showing great mountain views from room window. There are only a few rooms that is mountain faced but while booking they will show you the mountain view room, and this is only to lure you into the bait. Rooms were average and not great at all, it is old and not so great and we had to pay 7k per night with a bad view towards roadside and the room being too dark. Costing us 15k for 2 nights including GST and CST Breakfast buffet was not added as package, instead they charged 500+ tax which I felt was worthless. Buffet Lunch has been charged 900+ tax which is a complete loot, and you will not find any hotels who can serve you good food, there are no other restaurants available. Overall it was a horrible experience for us and we ended up paying 26000/- for 2 nights. I forgot to mention, they also charged our kid ＜10 yrs with room charges of 1080+ tax per night. The hotel looks shabby and bland with no feeling good factor. Resorts in and around Bangalore are all literally costing us a bomb.

I had a very relaxing and pleasant experience at this spa, thanks to Jamey. I opted for an Ayurvedic facial ***** with a foot massage, and both were done with great care and professionalism. The facial felt very soothing and refreshing, and the foot massage helped relieve a lot of stress and tiredness. Jamey was gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The overall ambience of the place was calm and peaceful. The space was clean, neat, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort. I truly felt relaxed after the session and would definitely recommend this spa service in sterling holidays to others looking for quality relaxation.

Spa was really amazing and a very unique experience. I had shoulder pain and was given a treatment with the potli. I took Abhyangam massage and a facial. Jemay was very professional and with the right amount of pressure the massage was worth every penny. Thank you.

这是一个不错的地方，房间很干净。毛巾需要更换了，有些发黄有污渍，或者闻起来有油味，可能是在水疗中心用过的。除此之外没什么可抱怨的。热水一直都有。自助餐以这个价格来说还算可以。停车位充足。我们住了连通双人间，两个房间住了四个人——阳台视野有限，一层旁边有栋房子。没有山谷景观。
鉴于耶拉吉里（Yelagiri）地区高品质度假酒店稀缺，这家酒店算是一个不错的选择。但整体入住体验仍有很大的提升空间。
餐厅的食物可以更好，早餐自助餐种类丰富，但午餐/晚餐自助餐的选择相对有限。
游泳池的维护可以做得更好，但除此之外，酒店的活动项目还是挺多的。
