Stayed for four nights ...well maintained ...prompt service ...well spread breakfast ... would be nice if complimentary pickup and drop from the Airport is available

Receptionist are very rude, staffs are not good. In the name of delux room booking they were trying to send me lower standard room in another building. Not at-all 3 star or 4 star hotel. 1 star hotels are better than this hotel. Overall i don't recommend anybody to stay in this hotel with this price. Hotels of rs1000 are far better than this o2 vip.

In the name of o2 vip they accommodated us in a lodging facility beside the main buildings. We must be aware and differentiate among-st their three buildings. My wife and i stayed in a deluxe room with breakfast on october 29th, 2024, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Despite booking under the name "o2 vip" we were accommodated in a different building behind the main o2 oxygen structure. The entire area had a strong, unpleasant odor, noticeable from the lift, through the lobby, and into our room, creating a very unwelcoming atmosphere. The ambiance resembled that of a substandard lodging facility, far from the premium experience we had expected. Upon raising our concerns, we were directed to a separate building for reception, where mr. gave us a vague explanation that didn't clarify much. Overall, this stay did not feel like it was worth the money we spent, and i would caution others about this deceptive setup and the poor conditions. Finally, breakfast was served in a separate building and late checkout facility is not available.

Not well maintained rooms. Bed is also not comfortable. Room service is also very slow. Check in was smooth and comfortable. Bathroom is also not functional properly after my complaint they did the repair work.

Bed were not properly maintained. While sitting on the bed it was making noise and also moving from its origin. Room were not properly lighted. At this price point the hotel should provide better rooms. These rooms provider should be priced under 1500. One of my worst experience this time. Earlier whatever rooms i had booked through mm t was best on class. Request mm t to review the hotel rating.
