Hygienic and good room service. Sumaiya was very cordial, professional and helpful during check-in and check-out. Adarsh was very helpful too.

We were so comfortable at the hotel! The maintenance manager, Rohit && Alfaz had gone the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable! Will def recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Thx guyz, God Bless🙏

The room window was absolutely messy. See attached pic for detail. Worse than that can be possibly found in a Rs.1000/night hotel. The openable window in the center had gap all around and didn't even had a stopper (unable to upload the video). Because of which was very disturbing due to outside noise. Icing on the sugar was a small Cockroach was seen running on top of dining table during breakfast. Just couldn't believe that can have such pathetic experience with Ginger Hotels which belongs to Tata Group.

The location of this hotel is superb. I loved the whole experience staying in this hotel. Somaiya was excellent in responding to all our queries with patience.

Comfortable stay and peacefully enviornment much needed after a hectic business trip. Breakfast was amazingly good. Clean and healthy l.

Jasin 接待员举止得体。他很有礼貌。此外，卫星姜管理也很好。作为成本服务，值得入住。早餐需要改进，总体排名为 4。座位安排也很好。
入住时间必须在上午 9 点。否则商务旅行会很麻烦。早上的航班将在上午 8 点抵达艾哈迈达巴德。其他时间都很好。像 Rohit 这样的客房服务员举止得体。他们非常了解自己的工作。像 Adarsh 和 Rahul 这样的前台人员真诚而有礼貌。
总体而言，在 Ginger Satellite 的体验非常好。向商务旅客推荐这家酒店。员工很有礼貌，氛围很好。工作人员 Rahul Singh 提供了很大的帮助。................................................................
