非常干净。早餐选择不多,但味道不错。
早餐乱糟糟的,没有存货(没有咖啡杯),前台和早餐区都空无一人。牛奶壶空了,几乎没有什么选择,也几乎空了。房间里的浴室门摇摇晃晃,热水浴缸周围积满了四英寸厚的污垢,水面上漂浮着死皮。泳池很脏,池底都能看到污垢。泳池区没有毛巾。酒店外面杂草丛生。
吹风机坏了,酒店里的地板也没人吸尘。我们家有一台冰箱,用来冷冻食物和饮料,但当我们把冰箱温度调低时,积冰就会漏到地毯上。我住了5个晚上,他们从来没来打扫、吸尘或换垃圾。我不得不打电话叫人送新的干净毛巾。
就是这样,一分价钱一分货。早餐只有两种麦片或一个华夫饼,没什么实质内容;泳池和热水浴缸氯气过量;没有电梯;工作人员也不太友好——如果你需要和他们说话或有什么需要,他们似乎会很不耐烦。
一到房间,我就发现好几处不干净的地方,包括污渍、灰尘、油渍,门上还留着前房客的纸巾等等。我有照片和视频为证,我对此非常不满。
说实话,我现在真的害怕住在这里,因为感觉非常不干净,就像工作人员除了整理床铺什么都没做一样。所有频繁接触的表面都没有清洁。到处都是明显的脏污痕迹。我对房间的状况感到恶心。旅行社拒绝退款,甚至拒绝承认我们房间存在的问题。
我再也不会住这里了。一家酒店竟然允许如此糟糕的清洁工作发生,并且雇佣如此懒惰无能的员工,他们应该感到羞耻。这家酒店应该关门大吉。
不太好。走廊里弥漫着一股屎和烟味。酒店的门大部分时间都关着。门钥匙一半时间都打不开,所以我们不得不不停地去前台求助。镜子上贴着胶带。门上的插销也掉了,孩子们待在那里让我们感到不安全。
我预订并支付了一间特大床房的费用,但不知何故,入住时却显示“不可用”。我入住的房间之前住过的客人入住后,房间还没有打扫干净,所以我又换了一间……最后住的房间至少还算干净,但床非常不舒服。不,我再也不会住这里了。

房间本身很干净,但浴室里没有肥皂可以洗手,淋浴间也没有。他们有液体肥皂,但浴室里是空的。我找了个客房服务人员,他马上就给我拿了一些。泳池看起来很脏,而且水太冷了,根本进不去!!!前门的锁很奇怪,是下班后才能进入大楼的。没有任何地方张贴任何说明。你根本进不去!前台也没人告诉你,所以如果大堂里没有人知道这个窍门,你就只能困在楼里了!我喜欢锁门这个主意,他们只需要张贴说明,或者确保前台有人!
我们到达时,柜台的那位先生开始费力地为客人办理入住。从我们进门到离开柜台去房间,一共花了45分钟,另外两位客人又回来换房间,因为这位先生把他们安排到了已经有其他人入住的房间里。
我们终于回到房间,房间很干净,但是当我去放冰块的时候,冰箱已经结冰了。之后我们准备去热水浴缸放松一下,但进去的时候,水温最多也就温热一点。因为这是我们入住期间最想做的事情之一,所以我们要求退款,以便去其他地方。他们同意退还房费,但说需要2到3天才能退回到我的账户。我们还在等退款。
我拿错了房间钥匙,撞见了别人。后来他们给了我一个新房间,浴室很脏——用过的毛巾到处乱扔,马桶很脏,垃圾桶后面堆满了垃圾。一切都令人作呕。管理人员/客服人员非常友好,并向我们道歉。他们承诺会帮助我们并进行赔偿,但至今没有收到任何消息。
