Danielle was very friendly and efficient. She recommended a great place for dinner. Answered all my questions. My room was pretty clean but there was what appeared to be blood and brown stuff on the light switch in the rr. I also had a small blood stain on one of the blankets. Overall very clean. Smelled clean in lobby. Air conditioning worked well. I was traveling alone and felt safe.

Bed was comfortable. Wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general but it was bad. For the price, worth it.

It was good. The only issues were Remote for TV was missing and bottles in shower were empty.

We really enjoy our staying during our trip. One thing that we disappoint was that the breakfasts could've been better than bagels, cereal and boil eggs

Everything was perfect, large clean room and comfy beds. If the ac vent direction can be adjusted higher then it wouldn't have been blowing too directly onto one of the beds.

Room had an ozone odor machine in upon walking in. Room had a funk smell. We had an exterior security directly centered over our window causing it to cast light in any and every crack of the curtains.

The facilities are generally well-maintained, featuring new equipment, and the housekeeping staff is well-trained, with a strong focus on customer service.
