Carpet in room stained, heat mechanism very loud every time kicked in, heard noise from Interstate 10 traffic.
Bed and pillow were comfortable.
Did not sleep much due to traffic noise & especially noise of heater.

It was interesting to have a person on a screen who was our receptionist checking us into our room. Our keys were created by a machine, as was our receipt. Easy....and Fascinating!

The room had mixed matched furniture. There was a large stain in the bathtub. Breakfast was terrible. One day the hot food available was only potatoes with biscuits and gravy. My room door was unsafe as the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. It took there repair man 2 hours to fix it. It shouldn’t have taken that long. The exterior lights to the rooms would flash on and off at different intervals. Very annoying

It took a little getting used to but the check-in process was all done electronically via a monitor. Perhaps this is a safety matter or a cost-cutting option? I can see how it would enable one person to service multiple hotels. In any case, once I got used to it, it was fine. The young woman who appeared on the screen couldn't have been more gracious or patient with me as I got used to this process.

我们到达时前台空无一人,无法办理入住。后来发现,原本应该由一个“机器人”来为我们办理入住,但他身在菲律宾。
房间还可以,但非常陈旧,亟需重新粉刷。
最糟糕的是“早餐”,只有一个小碗,里面大概只有一杯干巴巴的炒鸡蛋,没有肉类。面包架上放着几片面包……(见附图)
绝对不值我们付的钱。真是吸取教训了。
没有工作人员。人工智能女性通过屏幕办理入住,导致办理入住手续时出现拥堵。人工智能钥匙系统让一位客人一个多小时都无法进入房间,因为现场没有工作人员可以开门。如果人工智能允许使用,热水浴缸和游泳池确实很棒。
