It will be refunded to you. It can take up to 14 business days depending on your financial institution. The 75 non refundable pet fee covers any damages to the room due to the pet as well as the extra cleaning required to ensure there are no pet allergens in the room. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Caitlyn was awesome!! I had to make some changes to my reservation and she helped out gladly. She was friendly, personable, helpful, not to mention beautiful!! And, the general manager was the same way!!! Even the girl over the breakfast was friendly and personable. Just a great group of people to interact with during my stay. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area. The only downside was there was an odor in the room, it didn’t smell fresh, but the people were amazing!!! And, the breakfast was great as well, enjoyed it every day I was there! Great job!!

Property was nice. Should have stayed on top floor though. Guests above me, I could hear them walking around in the middle of the night. But no fault of hotel. Breakfast was ok.

The Staff was great, I did complain about the bathroom door getting stuck, My elderly mother got stuck in there and the instructed me that it would get looked at on Monday. I asked if they could credit my account in anyway. they said they couldn't do anything.
