Hotel image given in TripAdvisor is of Ginger (SG Road) This is not correct. Good : Near Himalaya mall, Burger King and Mc Donald. Bad : In main road entrance there should be a proper big sign of the hotel. Cabs auto delivery guys get confused with Nirmal Society and don't come. When there are 2 nos guest 2 nos towel to be given. Also not entirely hotel fault but previous guest cooked noodles in tea pot which was kept unclean. Could not prepare tea/coffee, had to rely on food delivery from outside. Our bed was defective in one side as it dipped more, gave back ache. I wont recommend the property unless for a very short or day use.

Very Bad linen. Manager Robin gave no response. This is the beginning of the end of the Taj Brand. How can they associate with a name like this .

I like the location of stay,food and ambience of the hotel stay.wide range of food.Great quality of service and staffs friendly.
除了景色之外,其他一切都很好。这家酒店位于喜马拉雅购物中心的背面,没有窗外景色。
一般般,性价比不高。Wi-Fi很慢,而且好的Wi-Fi服务还要额外收费。冰箱也是坏的,体验感不好。

工作人员非常好,Sumaiya,Amit 非常乐于提供支持,甚至保安 kishan kumar 和 Anubhav kumar 也总是提供支持和友善,继续努力,房间的清洁度很好
