奇葩!我12点入住,刚睡着,1点钟,警报响了四次!就**6个小时的房,为啥你中间还把我吵醒!然后6点准时夺命call打进来催你退房。房间也是特别冷!幸亏我带了热水袋。设施很老,没窗户,空气也不好!

机场很大,所以要做好步行的准备。孩子们有很多活动可做,酒店靠近航站楼,所以这是额外的福利。就在梦幻乐园上方。房间很新,氛围干净。客房服务快捷,服务到位。为我们 1 岁的孩子提供了摇篮
我的航班延误了 5 个小时,我最终在午夜后办理登机手续,非常疲惫。在这种情况下,一个积极的办理登机手续的体验会很受欢迎。但 Tash 却只能咕哝一声,继续看着她的电脑屏幕(我是唯一的顾客)。Anna 接管登机手续后情况稍有好转。需要进行一些非常基本的客户服务培训。例如,在办理登机手续时,要用眼神与顾客打招呼,不要继续看着电脑屏幕。
我们于 22:00 抵达樟宜机场,第二天早上 10:00 才起飞。酒店很容易找到,位置也方便您停留在航站楼内。房间/设施干净整洁,是您可以睡觉、放松、淋浴和放松的私人空间。床很舒服,虽然有点短。办理入住手续时,他们告知我们酒店正在施工,但我们的位置远离施工现场,因此没有受到影响。他们还提供了餐券(我们没有使用),很不错。如果有需要,肯定会再次使用。
Revo 的服务很棒,设施干净,正是我需要的。淋浴间很干净,一般设施闻起来很香。提供毛巾、拖鞋和牙刷以及淡水。总的来说,我非常满意,我会再来的。
