Unfortunately disappointing The people here, especially the girls at reception, are very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the men working there, who were not as friendly or professional. On top of that, the facility itself is a big letdown. The hygiene standards are not good, and I had the unfortunate experience of finding bed bugs in my bed. This completely ruined my stay. What’s worse is that they don’t treat customers well. I witnessed several shocking incidents, including some involving the owner, which made the environment feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was an embarrassing price increase that is completely unjustified given the poor services provided. It’s such a shame because, with better management and care, this place could have great potential. I hope they improve soon.
