Warning: Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid FabHotels Marble Arch! This was one of the most horrible hotel experiences of my life. FabHotels Marble Arch is a complete disaster. The staff is extremely rude, untrained, and speaks in a disrespectful manner — they clearly don’t care about guests. The rooms are tiny, dirty, and completely unhygienic. Nothing like the photos shown on booking websites like MakeMyTrip — those pictures are completely fake and misleading. The bedding was stained, the washroom smelled terrible, and the basic amenities were either broken or missing. It felt like a cheap roadside lodge, not a hotel. I strongly urge everyone NOT to waste your money here — this place is a total scam under the name of FabHotels. FabHotels should seriously look into this property — it’s ruining their reputation. For anyone reading this: Stay away from FabHotels Marble Arch. You will regret it.

No sleepers, Dental Kit, Shoe shiner/polish, Room not as per fair charged, Bathroom stuff are broken even no early check in provided for Freshnup. Also in breakfast only one item plain partha with plain dry aloo subji... When ask for dental Kit they asking for extra amount as informed chargeable. hotel images shown not as per room provided

I booked the hotel based on the photos shared in make my trip and the review but the hotel and rooms very completely different and pathetic. The hotel looks like a dungeon with no maintenance been carried out for years. When I entered the reception already a customer fighting with the receptionist for poor room. Then I gatherer courage to stay since I have already paid for the room. When I saw the room it was terrible. The bed sheet and blanket had stains. The towel was like been used for years and years and it had turned from white to grey. No any locker, fridge as shown in the amenities. The washroom had no any toiletries. The flush and the bath area door were broken. Only positive in the hotel was some what polite staff. Kindly avoid the stay unless you have right on budget and this is your only option.

Major lights in the room were not working, window curtain was covered with broken / unfixed window, wash room was dirty and seating table also a broken one and really hurting while seating during bath. No safety at all because any one can enter room help of key of any others room, because live instance happend with me when i was inside my room 204 some body from room no 304 open my room door with his keyand enter the room and subsequently beg apology for the same
这充其量也就是个二星级酒店，根本达不到三星。建筑非常老旧，而且年久失修。房间很差，脏兮兮的。食物难吃透了。安保还不错，但服务非常糟糕。我建议你选择比Fab更好的酒店。
