We stayed to attend a funeral the weekend of 9/27/25. All the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The space was clean and the breakfast was delicious. i highly recommend this hotel.

Check in, the representative at the front desk was welcoming. The incidental was ridiculously high, check out was very stressful add up, the representative was not very warm, welcoming or understanding to say the least. I requested late check out due to family member emergency (hospitalization) I was told there is a group coming in and was already scheduled for that room latest I can leave is 11:10am. I needed to tell him soon as possible if I’m renewing my room or checking out at 11:15. I considered and called back, he said furthermore I am a club member not diamond and late check out is only reserved for diamond members. Then nobody has late checkout today because of the group he is expecting.

From our check in though our check out, my family was treated with respect and kindness. These folks were some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered. I'm bad with names but the young man who checked me in Friday afternoon also checked me out on Sunday morning and the young lady who was our housekeeper took care of us and provided the extra things we asked for (we left all the extra behind because I know that some folks don't). we really appreciated her kindness. You had one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had and I do remember Miss Angel's name. They all deserve extra credit and thanks. I am an IHG member and they do your hotel credit.

Room and bedding was clean and comfortable. However, the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We had two rooms and the other room had the same very weak water pressure. We also asked for adjoining rooms but did not get that. Breakfast was typical of free breakfasts but was pretty good. We’d consider staying here again if they fixed the water pressure. Since we were passing through to Myrtle Beach we did not take in any of the local shopping but it appeared to have a good variety places to eat.

This stay hit all our top priorities. No old musty smell. Comfortable climate control. Very quiet. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Very clean. Snatched modern look. Breakfast actually had hot items including omelette, sausage, patty, gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, in addition to all the other usual breakfast foods. I was sad to leave.
