The staff were great!
The parking situation was both confusing with no signage indicating the valet parking was for hotel and the price was insane.
The room was tiny and not at all good for two people. No desk (other than edge of sink) and the mirror and lighting set up was not useful for grooming (e.g., shaving). Lack of usable storage, toilet, and Shower setup not good for two people in a room, and the two towels were like sandpaper.

房间干净，员工专业，地理位置优越，去哪儿都很方便。然而，令我失望的是，广告上说包含的早餐竟然要额外收费……这并非价格问题，而是兑现承诺的原则问题。透明才能建立信任……

前台接待热情周到。我提前到达，并被列入提前入住的等候名单。房间准备好后收到短信通知，我对此非常感激。
那根本算不上房间——房间超级小，布局糟糕，连冰水这种便利设施都没有。我觉得这些东西在德克萨斯州都是理所当然的。
房间的床很小，睡起来很不舒服，而且旁边的卫生间淋浴间很脏。
