非常好,有无限可续的瓶装水和胶囊咖啡,环境一流,位置也不错,附近有英国宫商场和中餐馆,离热门景点地铁几个站的距离,下次来马德里还是首选Canopy
看球很方便,就在伯纳乌旁边,唯一的缺点就是去地铁站有一点点远
设施:很齐全,基本上有的都有,
卫生:很干燥又安静,基本上没有什么噪音很适合睡觉
服务:服务人员很贴心提前了大概一小时入住

首先,酒店的“华人礼遇”一点都没体会到,但是酒店对华人有歧视,同样也遇到了被分到电梯房的情况,房间正对电梯。沟通后,首先表示不能更换房间。再次沟通,表示只能换了一个一张床的房间,但我们要2张床,就说没有空余的房间。其次,房间真的很小很小很小,过道很窄,只有走一个人的空间。进门处放完行李箱,就更挤了。总之,体验感很差!以后绝对不会住!
距离伯纳乌很近,去机场很方便。房间有一点点味道,隔音不错,虽然在电梯边上但基本听不到声音。每层都有饮水机,去了那么多次欧洲第一次遇到饮水机!!
所谓的华人礼遇是骗局,前台都非常的冷漠前没有耐心,不愿意说英语,还不如用机器check in。
被分到了电梯对面的房间,看评论也有华人入住,也被分到这类房间,隐隐约约有被歧视的感觉…🥺凌晨三四点的时候,能够很清楚的听到外面有男男女女喧哗而过。
花 25 欧购买了早餐,因为时间来不及,前台说提供 小食,如图,且没有检查早餐券。
很糟糕的体验。
酒店位置不错,虽然距离地铁站要稍微走点路,但是附近有一个很大的商圈,有商场和超市,整体生活、吃饭都很方便。酒店卫生可以,早餐不是很丰盛,但是还算精致,吃饱没问题。
优点:房间挺大的,也比较新,附近5分钟左右有小超市,离英国宫很近,方便购物,离伯纳乌球场也很近,方便看球。
缺点:离市区需要20-25分钟巴士时间

酒店地理位置很好,就在伯纳乌球场边上。房间很干净。大堂迎接很热情,办理入住的时候正好是生日,进了房间有生日贺卡和蛋糕,很温馨。
良好的入住体验,一开始入住的房间有设施损坏,和前台工作人员联系了后马上换了新房间还获得了升级房型.工作人员态度很好.酒店地理位置优越,附近有两个地铁站,门口还有的士站.下次来马德里依然会选择此处.
