Just didn’t like how doors make so much noise to open and close them… need new doors and the big window in the room was letting the outside air come in as it was really cold on my children. Overall though nice place to stay.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom but the toilet had ants on it.they kept coming out,even after i killed them

Room reserved and paid for in advance. Upon attempted checkin, front desk person refused to rent the room to my son!

The gentleman who checked me in at the front counter, was professional and welcoming. Our room was nice and roomy, however, the handle on the restroom door was broken on the inside, and there were spiderwebs on the side of the window frame. There was also a spider in our bathtub. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the room was great.

The front desk Team were really Awesome! A shout out to Amy & Kelsey!! Prior to my reservation and during my stay, both were extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and personable I had problems with internet reception getting Lyft and adding a stop, Amy helped so I could get to my friend's wedding:) Thank you Amy!. I would recommend this place.

我选择洲际智选假日酒店及套房，因为它离我第二天早上要去的地方只有5分钟的路程。另外，酒店评价看起来也不错，而且总体来说很干净。酒店需要加装空调，或者那天早上空调坏了。电梯对我来说太热了，走廊也很闷热，但除此之外一切都很好。我到达时，发现其中一个枕头上沾了别人的血迹。我把它放在一边。房间里确实缺少毛巾。我不知道为什么，但浴室里只有两条。我至少需要三条。客房服务人员也会犯错，所以我愿意忽略这一点，但这只是一晚的住宿，即使有一些小问题，我还会再来的。
酒店很吵，早餐也很一般。
