The rooms could've been properly cleaned, and the room service also needs to be improved plus the staff behaviour also

We chose this hotel based on the 4.5 rating from prior reviews. Looking back at them, most were written by people with only 1 review or are years old. Do not believe the good reviews. It took us an hour to check in. Among other problems, they do not accept credit cards, a fact not disclosed when we booked. I had to walk down the street to an ATM to get cash. The included breakfast was from outside the hotel and not what we ordered ( plain cheese omelet became a very spicy omelet). The room was large but just barley clean enough. The bathroom had only one towel for two people and no toilet paper. These were taken care of when we asked. We also had to ask to have the A/C turned on, but they would not adjust the temperature setting. It was 20 C and we wanted 23, but were told 20 was good, just live with it. The shower had 4 knobs. 3 spun freely to no effect, the other was welded in place. The net result was that no water would come out of the shower head, only from the mid-thigh high wall spigot. To take a shower, one had to kneel in front of the horizontal stream of cold water coming straight out of the wall. Only one of the staff would return our good morning greetings, the others just looked at us with blank stares. They offered no assistance when asked about getting tuk-tuks to go places.

I am staying hotel takshinn good staff good location and cleanrooms staff helpfull i visit to again Hotal staff is very loyal and great all time hot water in the shower lift wifi minural water availvle here lunch dinner avalevle here lcd avlaivle all room with dish tv

The room was very dirty it’s totally different bed sheet is so dirty no atteqates they have ordered dinner they will people charged 250 and they brought ft-om outside of the hotel of rs 100 when i asked why they are taken the order if they dont have tje kitchen they shouting very badly

No maintenance. No proper wash rooms. Water leakage in washroom. Broken lights in room. Very small room given for 4 people stay. Freezer not working. Don't suggest this hotel to any one. Not even rooms having shirt anglers

worst and terrible hotel with high cost offered me, dirty rooms, used towel, poor service. You people given 12 pm check out, they made me to check out at 11 am.
