We had booked hotel southgate for the function of our daughter. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The function at there banquet hall went really nice and all our guests were happy. Specially all lvoed the food. We thank the management of Southgate. We will again visit

Being from a hospitality background, I do not usually write negative reviews. Do not go with the reviews, it is all wrong. We stayed in 3 rooms, room 1 - sink was leaking when shaving, room 2 - shower handle fell off missing my leg, when reported, they said all rooms are same as they have sent the plate for polishing. I would have thought they should have put the rooms under no service. 3rd room - tissue holder fell off. Room and sheets were not very clean. The breakfast service was slow and do not get things without asking. Reception tried putting some else's room service bill on our room. All over a stay not so great. Cockroaches running around, when reported the operations manager Ramakrishna said we did pest control 2 days ago. Wonder what was done!!!!

Awesome. Had a comfortable stay. Iylt was my business trip for 7 days. Had good stay. Comfortable rooms good serve and good food. Will definitely recommend it to the traveller's. Who want to stay in heart of Aouth Delhi. Metro is near by and easy.to reach.

The hotel is in green park area at the centre of the triangle hauz khas, aiims and iit. It is a good hotel, neat and clean, no disturbances, the rooms and corridors co-loured in a way you feel corridor also part of the room when you step out. The breakfast is simple but enough, only issue you need to wait long for omelet, if you want. Plenty of taxis and autos available outside so easy to transport, and metro station also near by. Staff behaviour in general is good. Car parking area is small.

Great stay, room was very spacious with nice decore. Cordial staff and helpful reception. No complaints. Request for delayed check out was considered though with additional payment. Highly recommended !
