我们对这次入住充满期待，尤其是在办理入住时体验非常棒——前台员工友好、高效，而且非常热情。然而，我们的住宿经历却发生了令人不安的转折（我的毛孩子发现沙发下有一只被困住的老鼠，因为它闻到了奶酪零食的味道）。等等，什么？酒店房间里竟然有只被困住的老鼠？孩子们都吓坏了，但愿这只小老鼠别出来吓唬我们。夜里，我和家人睡着的时候，听到了一些声音，就像有人在玩塑料袋一样！我们发现一只老鼠跑进了我们放在桌上的垃圾桶里。这对于一家这种档次的酒店来说，既令人不安又无法接受。清洁和害虫防治是基本要求，这次事件让我们非常失望，并对整体卫生标准感到担忧。我希望酒店管理层能认真对待此事，改进他们的维护和清洁程序。这真令人遗憾，因为员工们都非常出色，努力为客人提供良好的体验。

I picked this hotel for the location, which was fairly close to where I needed to be the next day. Mostly I needed an EV charger overnight. The kwh charge was a little higher than I expected or would have liked, but it was convenient to be fully charged the next morning.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower the entire time we were there, unless we were to shower at a really odd hour like in the middle of the night. Breakfast offerings were pretty basic, even for a 3 star hotel. Our room key cards had to be re-keyed twice, and we are usually pretty intentional about not storing our room card near other items that could de-magnetize it. Overall, I really liked the kitchen of our room and the bathroom was clean, but they need to figure out their hot water issue.

The lobby is nicely renovated, and the staff is very accommodating. However, the rooms have been beaten and worn. There’s an aura of ickiness. The carpets need to be replaced. There’s a lingering odor of ****, curry, and age in the hallways and in the room. The fan in the bathroom ran all the time. We checked with the front desk and he said it couldn’t be turned off. It was for ventilation. We had to keep the door closed. Limited selection on the TV, only Dish TV. Overall, kind of shocking.

For 2 days we had no hot water. They did not inform us of this when we checked in. They did give a discount after i asked. The receptionist didnt even apologize for any inconveniences.
