酒店比预期的好特别多，性价比很高！首先酒店很新，设施很完善也很干净。房间也挺大的。酒店环境特别好，度假村很大，有三个游泳池，还有私人海滩。娱乐活动也有很多，比如射箭，网球，而且都有专业的教练带着练，网球教练的水平很高，比自己花钱去学找的教练还专业….服务人员的态度都很友好，随处可见穿着黄色上衣的工作人员，如果有问题很方便问他们。乒乓球桌，台球桌，还有一个水上乐园…等一些设施也很齐全。本来对这个价格的全包酒店没什么期待，结果比预期的好太多了。早餐午餐很丰盛，而且每天不重样，晚餐可以预约酒店里的其他餐厅，是比较正式的餐厅，环境很好。在酒店里根本饿不着，里面的酒水饮料小吃全是免费的。游泳完就去找点吃的，然后喝一杯…太惬意了。总结就是性价比超高！一定要来！
不知道这家酒店的好评都是怎么打出来的，第一天给我们安排的池景房，电话用不了，卫生间的洗漱用品估计八百年没换过，床单和被单上面相当明显的污渍。去前台投诉给我换了个屋子，被单还是烂掉的。真的是无语。我们自己在外面买的水，结果退房的时候说要支付2欧元，我们说我们没有动过minibar里的饮品，结果就不要了，这就是诈我呗？这家酒店30%服务员是不错的，70%是歧视的，拉个脸皱个眉，一见到欧美人笑的跟奴才似的。这家酒店不推荐！不要被全包酒店所迷惑，全包就意味着只会满足你最基本的饮食需求，不用期待有什么好东西。去沙姆，请直接住四季。
环境什么的都不错 食物种类也还算多
就卫生、服务、待客和餐饮而言，这是沙姆沙伊赫最美的酒店。他们有超棒的食物，而且员工总是面带微笑。我代表我的家人和我自己，对他们每一个人表示感谢。
就价格而言，这是家很棒的酒店，特别感谢前台的穆罕默德，多亏了他，我们才能比预期提前很多办理入住（我们凌晨3点到达酒店，早上7点就拿到了房间，而不是下午2点）。
优点：
- 房间很干净，因为最近重新装修过
- 有一个“静谧泳池”，不允许儿童进入
- 如果在餐厅开放时间来用餐，食物质量相当不错
- 饮品种类丰富（含酒精和不含酒精）
- 水上乐园
- 酒店区域很美
- 员工很棒
缺点：
- 尽管房间很干净，但有些地方仍需维护，例如我们的淋浴头无法固定在稳定位置
- 我们住的房间靠近邻近酒店，那边会播放嘈杂的音乐直到晚上11点
- 有些住客在静谧泳池霸占日光浴床，几个小时后才出现，而酒店员工对此问题视而不见
- 如果在餐厅快打烊时才来用餐，食物质量可能会大打折扣
- 迷你吧不包含在内
- 房间里（免费的）水味道不好
- 仅提供一次免费光顾点菜餐厅的机会，且需要提前预订
- 餐厅外的小吃选择很少（只有普通的夹心面包）
我列举了不少缺点（希望迟早能解决），但就我支付的酒店价格（7晚1100美元）而言，这仍然是一次很棒的体验。
不错的哦！就是餐食味道一般、但酒店很大，环境也很好，潜水没有免费的面镜，这点不如我定的另一家，其他都还行。

我超爱这家酒店！！特别干净，有很多好玩的，员工也很友好，食物也不错（甜点就一般般，没那么惊艳）。给大家一些小建议：记得带一个转换插头，因为只有一个插座能用，我充个电都费劲儿😂 还有，我希望服务员能有自己的负责区域。这样就不会有五个人轮番来问你是否需要饮料，打扰你用餐了。
酒店就在沙滩边上！
沙姆沙伊赫的海岸线边有非常多度假村也不乏大集团的，因为出行的人数多考虑到价格敏感不一样，选了这家算是性价比之王，让人惊喜的是我们入住的第一天是大年三十，虽然对埃及的食物没有任何要求，毕竟受中东饮食的影响太深，反正都是地狱级别的，可酒店高层在大年三十的这一天满酒店偶遇中国客人，想为大家准备一场年夜酒会，虽然最后只有十来个中国人，可依旧非常用心准备了酒会，这让人非常感动，惊喜是酒店的海岸线非常美
房间虽然有阳台，但并没有窗，所以携程的描述是有问题的。酒店的服务捉襟见肘，在房间等行李等了半个小时。所谓的海景，从阳台望出去也就是很远很小的一块。酒店所处的地理位置是不适合浮潜的，反正在酒店里只能在游泳池这里躺着，要海上项目必须要出去。酒店整体设施还不错，干净漂亮。
